Literally aren’t involved anywhere on campus besides rush. Take big pledge classes but most of those guys don’t initiate or end up dropping because it’s not worth it. Will never actually get the house they’ve been promising for years

I’m in a different fraternity mainly because they are on row but I was really surprised by how tight Phi Delt’s brotherhood is when I rushed this semester. Good genuine dudes.

Pretty good sorority. They have an okay sisterhood but all the girls are pretty popular and well liked around campus. These girls are very smart with one of the highest GPAs and they know how to balance fun and school life. Solid 9/10
