Thoughts on pi kapp as a fraternity at southern? Don’t know much about them as of right now

Pi kapp here is def one of the top houses. I also don't know too much about them other than their swamp party. But I have a couple friends there and they always have parties at the house

Got on here for the first time since I was a Sophomore, I’m graduated now but I can tell you they are mainly North Atlanta (who isn’t, but more so than say Kappa Sig and Sigma Nu) kinda douche guys. Not like cool douche either but a lot of the guys we would skip bids too would end up there. They used to be top 2 when I rushed and it’s sad to see how far they fell after a few suspensions, but that’s how GSU Greek life works.
