Really good guys, know how to treat women, aren’t mean to their pledges, and throw great parties. The best chapter not on Greek row and arguably the best on campus. I totally feel comfortable with myself or any of my sisters going to their house.

Where are these guys getting the money to buy a second house and building a third one on row?? They have been only on campus for a couple years. Makes no sense to me
