Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.4 I am a grad student at MTSU, so I have seen the Greek life at MTSU evolve and dissolve for a while. I would first like to say, I enjoy seeing the Alpha women on campus. There is a representation of them in almost every other campus organization. They are very intelligent and friendly. I have never seen them acting out. The first line of 105 has dissolved in numbers, but this new line has stepped in right away. I hope to see more from them this fall. Good job ladies.

Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.4 It is so easy for people to say what theses girls haven't done and point out the wrongs but people do not understand that AKA was not on the campus of MTSU for 6 years, and the 105 came back and made a name for AKA again. And ever since, I've always been welcomed and greeted very courteously at their events and they seem to have fun with each other too. Some of y'all dislike blood sisters so there's no way you can get along or even pretend to like a group of 10 much less 100+

It is so easy for people to say what theses girls haven't done and point out the wrongs but people do not understand that AKA was not on the campus of MTSU for 6 years, and the 105 came back and made a name for AKA again. And ever since, I've always been welcomed and greeted very courteously at their events and they seem to have fun with each other too. Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.8 I love these girls!..I went to one of their events and was welcomed with real smiles by the end of the event everyone knew my name a few days later the ladies that attended the event all would speak whenever they seen me on campus they have also been a big help in the community!the last line of 46 has really changed my views on this chapter

Alpha Kappa Alpha - ΑΚΑ Sorority at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 1.0 Its sad that in order to join you have to conform to a certain image. I thought about joining but when i found out that i would be told how to dress and how i can wear my hair, i strayed away from this sorority. I thought AKA was about service to all mankind but after doing research I found they were initially a tea and crumpets type of org but changed their ways once they felt threatened. The AKAs at MTSU should learn to humble themselves. I feel they look down on girls who arent greek.
