Great guys that have a lot of respect for the ladies, know how to have fun, and extremely involved on campus events. Even though they're pretty new, they have a strong presence and will be on top soon

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 5.0 Love these boys sooooo much! They are really nice and fun...AND TOTAL HOTTIES!!!! If my boyfriend wasn't already Greek I would want him to rush Phi Delt!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.0 Great group of guys!! Love them. Although I would rank them top tier, there are a couple guys who bring the chapter down. Other than that, I love this group of guys and they are some of the best on campus!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.6 I love these gentlemen. Even though they're smaller than the rest, every fraternity starts somewhere. The thing is, they may not technically be a chapter yet, but they participate more than most fraternities on campus. They will be on top some day!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 2.6 They're nice, but theres nothing that really stands out about them. No house, no parties, no weeks, etc. They're not like sig ep or pi kapp level of weird, but they definitely couldn't get a bid to a row house, or even most off rows.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.6 I absolutely LOVE the Phi Delt gentlemen! They are the best guys on campus and will soon be top tier for sure. Unlike the current "top tier" fraternities, these guys are actually respectable, and still able to have a good time. They aren't jerks and I love being friends with them. They're making there way up to the top very quickly!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.6 This fraternity has come so far. I remember hearing about them last year andi kinda just brushed them off because to me, they were just another fraternity(I'm not in a sorority or Greek affiliated). But I have meta mass majority of these guys & I've hung out with them and they're not your stereotypical stereotypical "frat". The are extremely mannered gentlemen who aren't just arrogant guys in chubby's, sperrys, and visors. They are super sweet!I love and they definitely my opinion on Greek life

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Middle Tennessee State University - MTSU 4.6 My absolute favorite fraternity. If I were to ever date a frat guy, phi delt would be the way to go. Every single one of these men will go somewhere in life. I can't say the same about the other fraternities. They are driven, respectful, attractive, and FUN guys. I'm a senior and have been around a lot of different fraternity guys, and Phi Delta Theta has extremely impressed me, far more than any other.

And have gained several new brothers this past Fall, and Phirehouse was pretty bad ass. They have pretty chill brothers, and they all look very different. Very eclectic when it comes to Men. which is kinda cool. They are not the stereotypical Frat guys.. they are fraternity men, which is why I think ladies love them. Good luck on getting your charter in December men. I support.
