bottom tier but slowly climbing their way up. Got the biggest pledge class bc they were below campus average. They're improving each year

I love these gentlemen. Even though they're smaller than the rest, every fraternity starts somewhere. The thing is, they may not technically be a chapter yet, but they participate more than most fraternities on campus. They will be on top some day!

They're nice, but theres nothing that really stands out about them. No house, no parties, no weeks, etc. They're not like sig ep or pi kapp level of weird, but they definitely couldn't get a bid to a row house, or even most off rows.

Moving up every year! No one really expected much from them when they recolonized, but they keep blowing everyone's mind. They rocked it at recruitment this year, and got a lot of girls my sorority wanted! Major respect for them, and best of luck as they go into spring with their new officers!

I absolutely LOVE the Phi Delt gentlemen! They are the best guys on campus and will soon be top tier for sure. Unlike the current "top tier" fraternities, these guys are actually respectable, and still able to have a good time. They aren't jerks and I love being friends with them. They're making there way up to the top very quickly!

This fraternity has come so far. I remember hearing about them last year andi kinda just brushed them off because to me, they were just another fraternity(I'm not in a sorority or Greek affiliated). But I have meta mass majority of these guys & I've hung out with them and they're not your stereotypical stereotypical "frat". The are extremely mannered gentlemen who aren't just arrogant guys in chubby's, sperrys, and visors. They are super sweet!I love and they definitely my opinion on Greek life
