delta gam

hey so i heard delta gamma's coming to campus and i cant wait. Will it be successful? Does it take a while for the new sororities on campus to become top tier? I dont know if i want to go through formal recruitment or try for DG.

They could be successful. It'll be hard operating outside of formal sorority recruitment without a house. It depends solely on how well their people from nationals can sell DG and how well DG's reputation gained from schools like Florida State can carry them. If their reputation carries them, they could climb very quickly.

I'd wait and see if they have a tent set up in the early weeks of Fall term to ask them what they're about.

You should try and go out for formal recruitment and if you don't find the house that you are looking for then I would suggest going out for DG. Don't limit yourself to one house (DG) when there are already 6 other sororities that could be your home! :)
