Sammy from the 80's were a top house with TKE. Since they lost their house (now phi sig and phi mu) they're going to be bottom tier for a VERY long time if not forever.

Lambda Chi has a long history on Drexel's campus and one of the better houses (on the outside) Thats about the only asset they have. Not a top house and not a bottom tier. They're average... nice guys.
