Delta Sigma Phi
by: AI heard delta sig is coming back and reclaiming their old house (the TKE house). Im wondering if they'll end up being relevant or not? Im thinking yes considering the house is on the same street as Zeta, ADPI, TriDelt and ATO. What do you guys think?

What matters most is the group of men they return to campus with. The group selected must put forth its best efforts to earn good grades, be involved, build a strong brotherhood, and behave like gentlemen. If they can achieve those, they should end up being a welcome addition among their neighbors. If they come out the gate acting like entitled d-bags (which is far less likely to happen), it’ll be a different story. Not sure how long they’ve been gone but we all know how much and how quickly things change each year in Greektown
