favorite frats of fall 2013?

What were your favorite frats to party at this semester?
Also, best house overall out of the new recharters (ATO, FIJI, SAE, Theta Chi)?

SAE was my favorite recharter. They had the most successful philanthropy, the haunted house was amazing. They also threw really good themed parties and placed in our philanthropy (which was impressive since they're a new and smaller house)

All the guys did really well I think! They were trying really hard to get out there and make an impact.

Pike, Du, and beta had the best parties this year
Best recharter? Definitely SAE, I see them becoming a dominate house in the next yr or so once they grow a bit. They have the most solid guys out of all the other recharters

Tough one, it's close between ATO and SAE. Both have great houses but I'll have to go with SAE bc of their parties this year and it seemed like they were more active in the greek community and open to meeting sororities
