by: LetsbehonestAs a fellow Greek, I just want to say that you shouldn't decide which houses you want to be in based off this website. It's sad to see that there's so much negativity on this site, when Mizzou really does have a great Greek system. Wanna know the best houses (grade-wise)? You can find that on Mizzou's website. But to find out which house is best for YOU, you're just going to have to go through formal recruitment and see what every house has to offer. If you read these posts on each house, you'll see each house has some good and some really bad posts, but that shouldn't deter you from going Greek.

Amen to the original post. This site is a waste of time & primarily consists of negative comments written by jealous, bitter girls. If they were TRULY happy in their own sorority, they wouldn't bother to slam another house. Every sorority has smart girls, weird girls, pretty girls, heavy girls, athletic girls, dorky girls, etc!!! You simply CANNOT categorize 300+ women

Couldn't have said it better myself. So many houses surprised me during formal recruitment, and it's not about what OTHER people think the best houses are. It's about what YOU think the best house is for you. Who cares what anyone else thinks as long as you're happy with where you end up? Every house has unique characteristics and different things to offer, and that's not something that any rankings list or website can sum up. It's something you won't know until you go through recruitment for yourself.

Not everyone can be a ChiO. Not everyone can be a PiPhi. Not everyone can be a Delta. But there is a house for everyone who truly wants to go Greek. Can't quite figure out why someone has to tell people not to believe what's posted on this site. Can't we all figure out that there are about 11 people who obsessively post here and most of them have an ax to grind? And, frankly, if there are PNMs out there who let a cheesy website like this do their thinking for them, well, who needs them anyway? And if you are one of those girls who is swayed by cheesy websites, peer pressure and what your mother tells you, then you deserve what you get.

Not everyone WANTS to be a Chi O, Pi Phi, or a Tri Delt....all great houses, but not everyone's top pick.

then why are houses categorized in tiers? from what you're saying, there's no difference between houses like chi o and pi phi compared to phi mu and zeta. but guess what? there ARE differences and that's why we rank houses. that is the purpose of this site. don't like it? don't read it.
