Brookside downtown (3 locations) and Brookside Midtown are heavily greek populated and are super close walks to all the fun bars in Columbia. The Rise is also downtown and has some greeks, but how much you’d pay for rent and parking can be a little bit too pricey. Ucentre is a pretty big on partying and a lot of people come to have fun at their pool while it’s open, and it’s a better option if you wanna live closer to your classes but it’s not a far walk from the bars. Generally all of these places are full of people greek and non-greek who loves to go out and have fun. You can regularly hear people having pregames and see people going out to the bars at these apartments. However if you’re about having wildness on your own term, they may not be great spots. The only negatives would be people can be pretty loud and too belligerent sometimes and if your unlucky sometimes you even have to deal with shattered bottles of alcohol or puke in the hallways. PiPhis, TriDelts and Chi O's have a history of choosing East Campus, not far from the Beta House etc.

Ucentre is decent for the summer, Brookside is closest for walking distance, and East Campus for cheap and grimy parties!
