I never get on this site but ohmygoodness is the rank list completely wrong! Are some of these houses just trying to kid themselves? What good does it do you to claim a higher tier when everyone knows where you really belong?? It just makes you look really pathetic trying to convince people otherwise!!
TOP: Chi O, PiPhi, Delta
UPPER MID: Kappa, Theta, ADPi, Gphi
LOWER MID: APhi, DG, AXO, KD
BOTTOM: ZTA, Phi Mu, SK, Sigma

Nice try, but just not true. When you are on the other side of rush you will know how silly your comment sounds. Considering there are far more sorority members than could EVER be put on the floor, you will learn next year that anyone who is socially awkward or "weird AF" just wouldn't have the chance to talk with PNMs. The other reason this isn't true is that ADPi is one of the most respected, well-rounded houses on campus. I was a PiChi in the dorms this August and based on what I heard from girls going through rush, ADPi made its usual great impression and I wouldn't be surprised to find they had a 100% return rate. So enjoy your house and be happy with your choice, but in the future try not to lie about another house.

That post a few above me is just not true. If you dropped a house and didn't go back, you wouldn't know if they asked you back. Likely not with your disrespectful attitude. And even if you tried to drop the house and still got asked back the next day, it's their 100 percent return rate so you were obviously in the list they wanted to ask back. So before you put another ignorant comment, how about you actually know what you're saying?

TOP: Chi O, PiPhi, Delta, Kappa (come on now guys, everyone knows this house is top)
UPPER MID: Theta, ADPi (I personally consider them top), Gphi (never ever will be top if they don't pick up grades and retention)
LOWER MID: APhi (still not sure why aphi is this high), AXO (here by default?), DG (not sure where to put this house, could be bottom)
BOTTOM: KD (uggos this year), ZTA (wish I could put them higher), Phi Mu, SK, Sigma

Kappa has more members than anybody on campus, has been here longer than anybody else, almost always places in comps, is one of the toughest houses to get asked back to during rush and has a good reputation and are all around very sweet girls. How is Kappa not top tier? Is it the fact that they're back to back GW champs? Is it their amazing house? Their strong nationals? Enlighten me. What else could Kappa do to make them top tier? Because in my mind they are the undisputed queens of this campus along with Chi-O, Pi Phi, Delta and Theta.

I would say Post #30 is almost true, except it is extremely difficult to get into Theta and ADPi and most girls who pledge those houses have them as their top choice, but not so hard to get into Alpha Phi, GPhi, AXO and DG, so I really don't think they should be in the same mid-tier category. I agree with the top and bottom tiers, however, though I would rank Delta and PiPhi above ChiO and Kappa.

UPPER MID (in order): KKG, THETA, ADPI
LOWER MID (in no order): APHI, AXO, DG
BOTTOM: ZTA, KD, PM, SK, SSS (no order)
i think kappa theta and adpi are ALL beyond amazing chapters but something about those three makes them just stay upper middle, if all improved in just a few more areas it seems theyd be the complete package. I think thats what makes those 3 so controversial because you cannot deny that they are amazing chapters it just seems like theres something small keeping them from the top
