Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.3 I know several girls from Phi Mu from my dorm freshman year (and other Phi Mu's through them as well as from my major). For your information, "when," they have gotten better with grades (compare their grades last year to this year). They certainly seem to be getting cuter girls in their pledge class, and the ones I know are certainly all nice. As to "involvement," ; I guess that depends on your definition. Their girls are apparently involved in a lot of activities outside Greektown. Are they top tier? No. Are they getting a better rep? Yes.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 1.3 you say "up and coming" does that mean since you passed sigma this year for the 13th spot that makes you a good house? omg, get better grades, get involved, get a better retention rate, then we'll talk. not to mention cute girls, you need those to keep moving up! if not you'll be stuck down there with sigma.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.8 With greater and greater numbers of pm's going through recruitment, this chapter has gotten a lot of amazing girls the last couple of years. They still have a reputation as a bottom tier chapter, but I think they will move up to mid eventually. Super sweet and classy girls end up here - love them!

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.3 Concur. They do have some cute girls (particularly last couple of pledge classes). They don't deserve the disrespect they get (unlike a couple of other houses that bring it on themselves). Every Phi Mu I have met is a sweetheart. I have a feeling they will continue to improve in fall '12 recruitment.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 2.8 No, Phi Mu isn't a top choice during rush. And yes, they are known as being awkward. However, the girls love being greek and have great sisterhood. Anyone who ends up in Phi Mu will like it and find great sisters.
