It's pretty accurate and worth repeating: I don't think Phi Psi is lower tier so let's put it in the mid tier. The guys have a really, nice house but so does Beta, DU, Sig Nu, Acacia, and Delt. But closer than Acacia, Beta, Sig Nu and some others. Don’t fall for this rush trap. Members are a bit uninvolved and there are more consistent houses/rush options.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.9 this fraternity just recently finished construction on their house and omg it’s massive. on top of the over the top size of the house the members are genuinely nice and caring people. they get my stamp of approval.

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 2.2 The PhiPsis are improving and have a chance of becoming one of the better houses on campus. I don't think their location is all that much of a problem when you consider where Delta Sig, KA, Delta Chi, Beta, AgRho, and Sigma Nu are located.
