House with a good balance of keeping a high level reputation while finding ways to still have some epic good times. High level students and fun times.

Delta Chi is just kinda here and has little impact on Mizzou's Greek Life. It's sad to see it's letters instead of Sig Chi's on yet another house it can't legitimately call "home".

Embarrassing self-rankers! These guys have been doing this for too many years and need to stop it. Most sorority women with some class put Delta Chi in lower mid tier, and obviously Delta Chis have very little respect from other fraternities. Also, their alumni base must be pretty lame if they continually have to depend on rental housing from fraternities that have been suspended.

They are really big wannabe's on campus, need a house to call their own to have half a chance to move up tiers.

Delta Chi is one of those middle of the pack runner-up houses...not at the bottom of the barrel but it just lacks a Mizzou tradition and doesn't have the history and prominence (and it's own house) to be top tier.

Delta Chi is a good house when it comes to the sorta in the middle of the pack runner-up houses. It just doesn't have the history and prominence (and it's own house) to be top tier.

It's been said before: There are some really nice guys in this house, but there's nothing really outstanding about it. It's definitely not bad but just pretty run-of-the-mill. And there's just some sort of unfortunate stigma about always having to rent a house from a fraternity that's had bad luck.

Delta Chi? Think Delta Tau Delta wannabes - and pathetic that anyone would wannabe like DTD. When they have to move - again - when SigChi comes back, maybe they can rent the DTD house as those guys will probably be kicked-off campus one of these days soon.

Self-rankers! But that's what these guys do. Sororities don't give them much credit, and they don't have the class and popularity that other fraternities do. Wonder where they'll end up living when Sigma Chi takes its house back?
