Beta is an excellent fraternity and has a long history of classiness and prominence at Mizzou. Historically it ranks at the top with Fiji, DU, and at one time SigNu.

Honestly their house is so far off campus it’s not even worth the ride, kinda irrelevant and the guys aren’t really that cool either

I think it is so funny all of the Post about not participating in Home Coming. My mom’s generation said they never have. No Social events? You weren’t invited. We socialize with a lot of guys and frequently spent time with Betas. Brotherhood Pledges and Juniors alike hang out. Smart? Easy enough to research grades. I suppose some might refer to them as boring but with rules for Greek life, follow the rules or try too and you are boring also. Get over it. 160 guys that get invited to every event. That says something. We feel if more behaved like Betas maybe the University will go pick on others.

I’m going through and fixing Greek Rank one review at a time. Beta was the best on campus at one point but now that title is long gone. They’re mid tier at best. Just so uninvolved and irrelevant honestly.

Beta has really declined. They used to be a top house but they’ve kinda just fell off. They don’t participate in hoco, they aren’t involved, and they only talk to one another. Rush if you’re into an all boys school HS who don’t wanna talk to girls.

I have friends from high school that are betas at mizzou and I never see them when I’m at school. Other than them I rarely see betas at school and when I do they don’t talk to people other than themselves. They have good grades and a nice house. If they would get more involved they could be a top house.

Really nice house. Great grades. Completely uninvolved on campus. Not much going on socially.Soooooo boring to be around...would rather be at Trulaske college of business on a friday night than at a bar.

My ex is a Beta, my roommate’s is dating someone in another house. I do think one of the best things is these guys became great friends with their class. I’ve seen it. Some call it snobby or whatever. Yet I seriously know guys in other houses moving into apartments with HS friends, or they don’t know guys in their own Fraternity. What’s the point? Hoping the Chicago or Memphis formal happens NY! Work hard play hard!
