ok i'll try to provide a balanced review: tops in grades, the smartest frat by far. Their chapter alumni list is impressive by any standard (has its own wiki page!). That said, they can be aloof and socially isolated so far from Greektown. Frankly you would expect the guys in an elite frat would get laid more, but for college guys they're a bit too serious and pre-mature. Traditionally theyve been conventional boyfriend material, albeit the best you can find on campus if thats your thing ("a Beta bf is like a girls parents wet dream"). Girls with daddy issues typically turn to other frats. Elite, well connected, many nowadays come from elite prep schools in KC and STL. They tend to party among themselves rather than reach out; it can be a snobbatorium but also a lot of fun on the inside

Honestly don't know what happened with fall eleven. Used to be better. Pathetic.

Probably the single wealthiest fraternity chapter of any fraternity in the Nation. Missouri Betas have already raised $8.6 million for their new house. Final goal is $10 million. Show me another fraternity with deeper alumni pockets. Check out their prominent alumni list. Money talks while (poor) sh:ts walk. Just the facts.

Wow this freshman class they have. I could name 10 houses with a better class. Downhill spiral starting now

I guess they can still live off there reputation for a little longer, but with a weak 2011 fall pledge class they will be middle tier by next year

This fraternity has it all... They have a HIGH GPA, great guys, and a really amazing house on the way. I can see this fraternity becoming top on campus and setting standards for the rest. So many rumors surround this frat, Getting know the guys personally definitely puts all of the rumors aside. :)

other than grades these guys are just nerdy as hell. sick house on the way tho.

I would say top house on campus. They have a great reputation for upholding awesome GPAs and know how to party. This is my mind is an "All Around" great frat! Congrats! AND SUPER HOT:)

aren't all that amazing. The are just typical fraternity guys, and really, it's less of a frat and more of a country club for the rich, smart and socially awkward or hot, dumb, and a jock... or... a legacy. I've just never bought into the idea that this house is as special as it's hyped up to be.

Good looking house on average, but they are really stuck up and definitely over-rated. They are a top 3 house, but they are no better than phi kapp or sig chi, they just think they are. Traditionally, they are rich, but I know kids in other fraternities that are more wealthy than many beta's, and that's okay, I'm just pointing out that they aren't untouchable.
