here's the deal ... rich bros with a kinda nice house (pretty sticky floors though for a place that reminds you of a museum) and not-too-bad alcohol and good grades. but this isn't enough to make them top tier. it takes more than money and grades to be a good fraternity. it would be better if the betas no how to act around girls.

Get girls only because they are known for being "rich". I have heard from a couple different people they have been doing some pretty disrespectful things but they were never known for being nice guys. Their parties aren't great because they are too scared to mess up their house which isn't much nicer than a sorority house... with sticky floors.

Maybe they aren't as wild with drinking and parties as others, and maybe they are serious about grades and doing well. So that could be a big reason for them making it as a top house on campus.

I'm in a different fraternity but you're lying to yourself if you think beta is a bottom or mid house. They're the top house of campus period, it's amusing to see guys from other houses down rate them. Best house, I can't speak for the guys though bc I don't know all of them
