Widely assumed to be a top house. I personally don't get why, as they seem to do nothing to back it up. But it is what it is and everyone thinks pi phi is top, so that's the Greek town gospel.

V shut up dg, stop framing kd for your mistakes. Kd and axo have hood relations, stop trying to tear mizzous Greek life apart just because you aren't happy being in a low mid tier house

first they tried to blame their ill behavior on gphi and delta when they got caught for screwing with their rankings, then they got bumped to bottom tier. then they framed axo, even thought it was obvious DG was knocking down axo everyday to move up a spot. Now DG is ranked under KD and Phi Mu, and KD is getting the blame...coincidence?? I think NOT.

i have never met a chi o that i liked to be honest. however just because they are not my favorite doesnt mean they are a bad house. they are super involved and a very popular house. outstanding in hc, gw and grades this year! keep it up!
