DGs are smarter, more involved, more accomplished, have a better reputation, and recruit quality girls - no wonder tridelt and gphi are threatened - DG is a true top tier chapter and tridelt and gphi really can't make that claim

Mid Tier? Maybe a few years ago, but they struggle getting quality girls. I've been through recruitment recently and this house was one of the least sought after. Deff makes them bottom tier if no one really wants to join.
