It actually bears repeating: Delta Tau Delta is on a downward spiral. A once sorta above average house has bottomed out. It's not even top frat in grades anymore. If it weren't for campus involvement, the Delts would have no status what-so-ever. And it looks like their recruitment efforts continue to suck.

I am NOT a Sigma Chi troll! But - it's just a matter of time before Delta Chi is looking for another place to live. Like other frats that don't own permanent housing, they have a major strike against them when it comes to presenting themselves as an established part of Mizzou Greek Life.
