Definitely moving up in the rankings, PC21 was way better than the previous PCs and i’m sure they’ll recruit a good pledge class this year, involvement has been great recently with greek week and homecoming

The many self ranks and topics on the discussion board that casually try to position Alpha Phi as a “top tier” house are a joke. This house is as mid tier as it gets and skews toward the lower end of that. Most of these women need to work on their grades and clean up their behavior at parties and bars… it’s not a cute look. Getting a brand new building for housing does not automatically make a sorority a top tier house. Yeah, there’s a nice, new building… but it’s the same underwhelming, underachieving group of women.
