I have met a lot of Kappas partly because my roommate is one and all I can say is wannabes. They think they are a top house but realistically they are very disliked. I don't hear many great things. They cheated during homecoming which is also not a great look. I do know some sweet girls but overall definitely a bottom tier house. There must be a lot of self ranking, because these results aren't accurate.
