So what are the chances I'll find some other hippies at UA? I know this isn't colorado, but I just want to make sure they aren't completely absent on campus. It is the south

yes, we have hippies. but it will be a much lower quality than CO. instead of interesting, individualistic people doing their creative pursuits, it will be more like the bama hippies can't make it at anything or in any way so they get hippieish to fit with other malleteers and fringe nothings.
