SAE/KA/PhiGam/SN/PDT/DKE (don't call PhiGam Fiji)
these 6 are the best, but TBH DKE and PDT have both been going downhill awhile. If we are talking overall history they deserve to be here, SX KS and PKP have equal claims to top imo though.
Upper Mid
KS/SX/PKP/PKA/ATO
Next best frat, pretty indistinguishable from above other than a lot of these groups lean OOS (KS/SX) or just outright northerners (PKA/PKP). Less historic and not as much OR pull but all throw down hard and are chill guys.
Lower Mid
SigEp/OX/BTP/DX/PhiPsi
The last frats you will see around Town or throwing smaller house parties not bad but need a lot of work to move up.
Bottom
Rest of the frats
Irrelevant

OX KS SX and PKP are out in force trying to convince everyone they are better than they are. All 4 are bad if you actually went here you'd know OX is by far the worst of the 4, OX needs to get off of GR it's painfully obvious
