Sophomore Frat Transfer Advice

I’m transferring to Bama from another southeast school. Since I’m rushing as a sophomore, I was wondering how the new row houses do rush, particularly theta chi, pike, and the other new rows. Is the rush process for these type of houses competitive and what’s bama bound like?
