Kappa rank and rep?

Im thinking about transferring to Alabama and I am already an active member of kkg at another chapter. The new row and old row stuff is really confusing... is kappa a decent house with a good reputation

Kappa is a top house here, been on campus a long time, the girls like to party. The chapter can choose to let you affiliate with them or not, it's up to them so it's not automatic that you would be a chapter member. Better have a backup plan for if you end up not affiliating.

Transfer to penn state, kkg is a top there and u will mostly be let in because a girl ik who was in theta at a school (which was bottom there) automatically got into theta at penn state which is also a top

What one chapter does has nothing to do with another, every chapter is different and decides for themselves. Also ranks are not real and no chapter would consider such crap to determine whether a member is a candidate for affiliation, it's about the person and the fit with the chapter.
