I wouldn't go that far. you have no idea who your potential big is and what she likes, let alone whether or not you'll even get a bid...don't jump the gun.

As soon as you've looked through the panhellenic recruitment booklet and chosen the house you want, start buying things in those colors and with that sorority's symbols. It's always great to have a head start!
