depends on the house. To a certain extent, they matter to every house, although it's more about how you put yourself together, as in, do you dress nice, did you put in effort, do your makeup well but not overdone, etc. However, they play a big factor in rushing ZTA and Phi Mu, who rush a lot of girls based on looks.
