Old Row: XO AXO KKG KD DDD AGD PM
The rest are new row.
They all give you basically the same experience, social events and everything. To some people it’s prestigious to get into old row house and others don’t care. The ones who care the most are usually from the south.

I know for sure they have dedicated theme parties with OR fraternities every year. My sister said they used to swap/ have parties with only University OR fraternities and one NR University fraternity every year. Like ATO or Sigma Chi. But, that was in 2018.

No they do not grandma. They don’t swap. They might’ve when you were here 30 years ago but not anymore.

Anyone who comes on here and tries to say ANY house doesn't have swaps is an idiot who knows nothing about this school. All houses, from top to bottom tier, have swaps. They are with different fraternities, but they all have them.
Every house at Bama, old and new row, offers a great Greek experience and people actually going to the school care a lot less about tiers and letters than people on this site make it sound.

Classiness means you don't bring attention to your money. Which in turn means you don't call it out on Greek Rank.

Okay barely anyone in any sorority at all have Old Money. Old Money kids go to Ivies, Big10, and schools in NC and VA. Learn what old money is before just saying it. And I highly doubt we have that many new money kiss considering actual new money is people who work in Silicon Valley and such. Sure people may be rich here but they aren’t money.
