Phi Psi and Sig Ep have cake walk pledgeships compared to Delta Chi. That’s the difference between houses like that. You could add Kappa Sigma and Delta Tau Delta into that mix as well. I’ll always respect a house with a solid pledgeship over a house that lets anyone walk on through. The location of their house doesn’t change that.
