Why? Thought they were just a low mid? Like a DZ or AOPi or a GPhi?
I thought it was just theta and SK and SDT were bottom.

It depends on how someone defines bottom
But generally what you are saying is true--DG is on the level with DZ, AOPi, and GPhi

I would say no to that entire group. You can't consider the "bottom tier" to be 1/3 of the houses on campus. New Row houses might not have the history of old row. But, it's not realistic to say more than a couple are really considered "bottom". And, even that is irrelevant because being Greek in any house is well worth the experience.

But I agree that there is definitely a difference in quality between pnms that go lower-mid (APhi DG DZ AOPi GPhi) and those that go lower tier (Theta, SK, SDT)
Though I also have to say that Theta, SK, and SDT have great sisterhoods
Some of the lower-mid ones also have great sisterhoods and some don't

To find out which houses are bottom, go to UAs greek grade reports that show which houses really have recruitment problems and have to COB. You will see which houses have tons of members dropping. You will see which houses have low grades. You will see which houses are smaller because of trending problems. Zeta, Aphi, ADPi, AOPi, GPhi, DZ all make these bottom lists in some way.

Alphabetical order within groups:
Top 5: AXO, DDD, KKG, PM, XO
Top 10: list above + ADPi, AGD, KD, PBP, ZTA
Top 15: list above + APhi, AOPi, DG, DZ, GPB
Top 17: list above + KAT, SK
