My comment was deleted on here for some reason. Basically itās a southern thing, I personally donāt think itās cute, but thatās prob why you see more old row girls wearing them than new row, whoās members generally tend to be more spread out over the country and less southern focused

I have a pair and they are linen. Super hard to upkeep but they look really cute on me.

I have a velvet one, a jersey knit and a couple of rayon ones. I have collected 5 pairs through the years so Iām done buying them. Oh, and Iāve always bought mine on sale from Cabana for under $100 with my Christmas or birthday money, so donāt come at me.

For real. Like Iām not trying yuck anyone elseās yum but damn. Like theyāre elastic and fabric. If you have a real pair, which is never be able to tell from a generic pair, all that tells me is youāre bad with money bc these look like they cost less than $30 to make.

You may not love their designs or the prices, but Koch makes all their products in the USA. It costs a lot more to make stuff here versus other fast fashion brands.
Either the OP was looking for other people who share the opinion that some donāt think the Ericaās are all that ( obviously there are that donāt like them) or OP is one of a lot of jealous girls that wish they could afford the real deal but will go for a āclose enoughā lookalike made in a sweatshop by twelve y.o.ās. But, donāt crap on girls who chose to save and buy the real item.

I'm ALL about sustainable clothing, it was my New Years Resolution to only shop secondhand on poshmark and depop and stuff this year because it's better for the environment AND I'd much rather give my money to other broke girls my age who need some help lol and not giant corporations like urban, brandy, free people, etc. (Not to mention all those companies have disgusting practices.) That being said I don't think a $300 skirt is necessarily sustainable just because it's expensive.

Bro they 300 dollars. Thatās insanely materialistic even for a sorority girl. No one needs those when you can get a lookalike for 20 bucks. I automatically think less of people who feel the need to spend 300 of daddyās money on something so stupid.
