rank these in order of importance

Can somebody please rank these things in order of importance and explain their choice a little bit?
GPA / Test Scores
Extracurriculars
Appearance
Connections
Recommendations
Conversations
Reputation
Family Wealth
Location

As a Kappa Delta formerly on the rush committee (last year), this is what we look for:
1: Family Wealth, Connections/Recommendations. and Location equally (we really like in staters)
2: Appearance
Extracurriculars not as important and GPA/Test scores are irrelevant.
I can't speak for other houses.

One Opinion. Connections is the key and if you have strong enough connections, stuff lower in priority is almost inconsequential unless there is a reputation issue or you clearly don’t fit based on appearance/extracurricular/convos.
Test scores are not so key, but GPA is a big cut in first round. More and more even middle academic houses and lower academic houses are coming out with mandatory cuts around 3.5ish. Poor grades can even get an otherwise top pnm with connections cut from a house. It’s a “nationals” thing for many houses.

IDK who commented this but it is spot on for my house. And the family wealth only comes into play to make sure that we don't take someone who will end up dropping because they can't fully participate or can't afford it at all.
