As a Kappa Delta formerly on the rush committee (last year), this is what we look for: 1: Family Wealth, Connections/Recommendations. and Location equally (we really like in staters) 2: Appearance Extracurriculars not as important and GPA/Test scores are irrelevant. I can't speak for other houses.
