fraternity pros and cons

Any thoughts on these fraternity houses? Pros and cons of each? I'm from oos and was wondering if anyone had more insight into these.
ATO, Beta, Pi Kapp, Delta Chi, Sigma Phi Epsilon.

All good for OOS guys. All fairly competitive and so you need to work to get bids. ATO and Pi Kapp are probably the hardest of these to get bids to. Then comes Sig Ep and DX then Beta. All are known for having good guys.

Pi Kap > ATO/SigEp > Beta > Delta Chi

Pi Kap
Pros: Really strong NR house on Univ Blvd, popular among girls in various sororities, good mix of OOS guys Cons: Not the best grades, not too involved

ATO (more Southern) & SigEp (more OOS)
Pros: Great grades, pretty well involved, strong NR houses on Univ Blvd, popular among girls in various sororities Cons: ATO is a dry house

Beta
Pros: Decent grades, liked among girls in various sororities Cons: Not too well known for anything in particular so they're pretty lowkey

Delta Chi:
Pros: Decent grades, more involved than some other houses Cons: On Jefferson, not as popular among all sororities as the past four
