Are you posting for GPhi? That has been bottom tier since it came here in like 1989. This is not a rich or attractive top tier house. These are the “thick” girls that take everyone else’s leftovers and have a lawn filled with unhappy girls who want to drop. Girls joyfully run to any Old Row house on bid day (those are the “top tier wealthy” houses). Maybe you got mixed up. Happens to the best of us, bless your heart.
