If they stepped their game up just a little they are easily a contender for being a top house. I would say best of new row, right above OX

Pi Kappa Alpha - ΠΚΑ Fraternity at University of Alabama Tuscaloosa - UA 4.8 I don't really understand what old/ new has to do with being cool or not at Bama and I don't really care too much. This house was really chill. I felt like they wanted to know about me to see if I would fit in. Class act guys.
