got a bid from 3 on Jefferson, this group stood out as one of the better ones. not the best, but not bottom tier either. very confident and enjoy the party scene.

Their house may be small but these group of guys are the best I've ever met! They're all genuine & their parties can be pretty decent.

Really sweet group of guys and few are super cute! A bigger house would definitely allow them to throw huge parties but the ones they do have are always a ton of fun. Last band party was a blast! Wish they had more.

For having a smaller house they still throw parties that are just as much fun as the bigger houses. They really should start throwing more parties because they never fail.

I went to some of their parties last year. Nothing too interesting except the glizzly banger. Dudes are pretty average. I heard some senior in the chapter beat on the pledges even when it wasn't acceptable. Overall, pretty average chapter. Oh and they got in trouble for running a hooker ring with DG a while back.
