They desperately NEED good pledge classes, if their fall one sucks then all the progress they may have made does not matter

Undoubtedly a fun group of guys. The brotherhood is strong and they throw pretty good parties. Get over the fact that they have African Americans in the fraternity, it's not the 17th century anymore. It was a nice change of pace meeting people from out of state, as many of their brothers are from Texas and more northern states. If you are intimidated/frightened of racial or cultural diversity, you probably don't belong in this fraternity (let alone a college that now has more out of state students than in state). They seem pretty involved in service and serious about maintaining a good GPA. All of the brothers are super friendly, but can be a bit pushy when it comes to signing. The house itself isn't the nicest but they always have a good time and definitely deserve to be top 20. All the best to them.
