Basically the ones who leave are fun, outgoing, and weirdly close so I guess pm is good at bonding people. Also stay if for some reason your transferring to a school in the deep south and want to be in their chapter. Other than that..

Hide half their members and over-promote ones who are super involved in other things or ones who make them look more diverse. Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 1.0 A lot of drama for such a small house. Sisterhood is cliquey and lacking, house is AXO's leftover, and social life is virtually nonexistent. The chapter is dying and probably won't be around for more than a year or two

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Cornell University - CU 3.7 Hi pnms. Soooo honestly ya’ll just need to go where you feel a connection. There were some houses last year that were pretty much bottom that are now middle tier. There were some that were upper mid that became mid, vise Versa. U can’t really tell what kind of PC a sorority will take before you join and how ranks will change, so if you like pm give them a chance. Their PC was about the same as KD and AXO last year and if they do decently they could surpass both of them.
