Not true. I didn’t know a single woman in DG before rush. Don’t let this comment scare you off. Be genuine and friendly and connections will form organically during the process. I will say this might be true if you are an althlete because your teammates may already have an opinion, but we definitely still choose dynamic women we meet during rush.

Recruits solely based on connections. If you don’t have any, or don’t have a legacy, don’t even bother. This house is fine for a specific kind of girl but definitely isn’t a good fit for the vast majority of girls on campus

Divided between nice girls and some very mean cliquish ones. The newest pc has some pretty mean girls, even for deeg. A very particular type of girl joins this house, so don’t try and force it during rush week.

You don't need connections to get into DG, idk why everyone keeps saying that. You just need to connect with the girls you talk to and be a good fit for the house, that's all

Connections, looks and wealth, as with alpha phi, are necessary. If you don’t have all 3 it’s not going to happen put your mental energy elsewhere. Their PC has been largely decided by now. If you’re being considered, you know by now.
