Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.0 Honestly, dont understand how the house is so controversial. Yeah, they are new back to campus, but for a new house they are doing really well with the mixers and high budget parties theyve been throwing. All the original brothers who caused the house to be kicked off are long gone, and the new people seem pretty chill. I'd say they host some of the larger parties on campus, and yeah you'll see some freshmen there but that's gonna happen in lots of places that aren't upper tier, which they definitely are not. You can't be new to campus and be an upper house. I do think though that they are in the process of building a good reputation, and the parties are usually a good time. have a great party space too, probably better than most houses on campus.

At the end of the day, this house will be top in less than a year. Too much money, too nice of a house, already great connections and brothers, and massive rush pool. Spring will surprise a lot of people.
