Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.5 SAE gets constant hate on this website because they are currently on their first official year back, but here is the truth. They have a lot of money and know how to throw massive parties. Yes there are a couple of weird brothers from previous classes as they needed numbers coming back, but now they can be more selective. I think they are moving in the right direction with an huge alumni connection but currently are in the middle of the pack. As these new classes start to come in they will rise in rankings. Look for them to be in the upper category within the next couple of years.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 3.5 Seems like this house is making a good comeback. They have been known to push the boundaries with their events and drop some real money - there rush chair Aldan Hay is going to get these poor guys kicked off again. Good parties though and mixes well with C4. Solid rebuilding process.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 Top tier house. Has been extremely competitive this rush. Frat is known to throw extravagant parties and has very successful alumni. One of the best SAE chapters in the country.
