There are numerous conspiracy theories floating around this house. I don't know if its a government conspiracy or just Skorton's doing but their house is most likely a hologram.

Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 5.0 This is a great house with a strong brotherhood. The brothers are very good looking and can organize great parties and mixers. These guys are into working out and looking hot. Time to organize a McGraw crawl with these guys at the top!

Popularity: their name gets tossed around a lot. i guess its because of all the parties they have. Classiness: wouldnt say theyre super classy or anything but some of the guys are well dressed. Community involvement: not sure. Social life: we have a good mixer schedule with them. from what ive heard, they mix a lot with KD :), AXO, and PSS. Brotherhood: their close, thats for sure. Tier: mid range
