Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 4.9 SAE recolonized in fall 2021, but it's clear that they're already an upper or top tier house based on the founding classes. Mainly athletes and AEM kids. Will be mixing mostly with C4 sororities in fall 2022.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.7 Just returned to campus. Has potential (big house, rich alumni), but some of them confuse potential with actual. You don't kill a kid and then come back to the top a decade later. If they grind their chapter half as hard as they grind GR maybe in a few years.
