Overall, a mixed basket. Half of the guys here are great and could have gotten bids at most houses. What keeps them down though are some of the other completely random guys in each PC. If they start reducing pc sizes and focusing more on quality, these boys are solid for the future.

Consensus top of mid. Great guys, well- liked in the Greek community, looking to make moves to rise this year.

Physical House: on the smaller side but great location. Big rooms and often only a couple doubles (and mostly singles) in the house. Parties: historically their rep has been bad but they have thrown pretty well recently. Heard pledge party was fun. Mostly mix with Mid / Upper Mid sororities (think Pi Phi, AEPhi, KD, and sometimes as high as AZD and as low as DDD). Brotherhood: this one is interesting because within PCs everyone loves each other, but heard there’s a big split between underclassmen and the seniors. Overall generally everyone seems to get along and there are frequent brotherhood events. Overall Rep: has one of the best reps on campus for safe parties. Known to generally be great guys. PCs improving in quality. As it stands, are they a top frat on campus? No. But they are probably the most well-liked frat on campus, for what it’s worth.

Solid mid-tier house. This house’s image is changing in some ways, for better or for worse. Used to be known as the “engineering frat” but their new PC only has 1 or 2 engineers in it. Upperclassmen are very different from underclassmen which sometimes causes division. Staying one of the safest frats on campus which is good. Becoming more connected with upper-mid frats and sororities. Recent pledge class had some studs and some duds but overall a really good class. Pulling in a good PC in the fall next year could really make the difference in terms of whether or not they keep their current upwards trajectory.

came on this site after 3 months and its flooded with pike self ranks. on par with phi tau and def overtaken by pikapp but respect the grind of the new class.

Their parties have been improving quite a bit and they’ve gotten a lot of studs and club athletes in the past few PCs. This combined with the fact that their one of safest frats on campus atm will keep these boys up.

Just pulled in a class of 20+ kids with some real studs, and threw down really well last week for St Paddy’s Day. Sorority relations have improved from the last couple years. Diverse house, rowdy underclassmen and chiller upperclassmen. Hard to say these guys aren’t on the up-and-up, we’ll see if they keep momentum through the next couple semesters.

nice group of guys but kind of boring tbh. don’t rly have much going for them, but also aren’t problematic in any ways which is good. diverse basket of eggs with some parties, some nerds, and some weirdos.

Prolly one of the few fraternities that isn’t problematic or creepy on campus rn. Got a diverse house with the underclassmen being more rowdy and upperclassmen being more reserved.

Mid-tier currently, but one of the most universally liked frats at the school. Known to be solid guys and pretty fun to be around. During the latest rush cycle, handed out around 30 bids and got back 22 kids. Tightening relations with some of the upper mid sororities could be the last step they need to take in order to make a move upwards, as that’s currently the thing they’re lacking the most. Also in talks with alumni for a potential expansion of the house, which could lead to a better party space (which would be nice because they don’t really have a great one right now).
