guys in this house think they’re “fratty” but it’s like a highschool idea of a frat. they often take a lot of kids who aren’t wealthy/connected/class y, but about half their PCs play sports and have functional social skills which keeps them above pike and pikapp

Had a bad rush. House is ok, kind of an odd shape. Overlooks the gorge which is cool, but their yard is almost unusable. Close to Lambda which is a plus.

Most people wind up here only after being rejected from other frats. They have a nice house but it’s filled with really weird kids who also seem to like living in triples. They’re barely hanging on to their mid tier status rn so have their brothers grind GR all day to try to elevate themselves. Frosh beware. I wish I had listened sooner

type of guys who want everyone to think they’re “so frat” (hint:they are not). losing sorority relations this semester too. tend to get their PCs taken during rush week by better houses so guys are kinda random. but pledging is not that hard, and the physical house and location are solid too.
