Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 Not too be rude, but they have a rep worse than Donlon hall. People go here solely out of proximity to the dorms, until they join a frat themselves.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.5 Let's be real, AEPi has basically no rep on campus. Parties are mainly filled with Freshmen before they understand the scene.

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.2 They're not the lowest frat, but they're not mid. I suppose lower tier is appropriate. They mix with AEPhi on occasion and usually throw fun O-Week parties. Still, they often struggle with recruitment and they could benefit from an upgraded houses, such as PhiPsi's or TKE's currently vacant houses, which would instantly bump them up to mid tier.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 1.4 Similar house to Zeta Psi, where they pull a good PC every few years and tend to host decently good parties. Frat had a terrible PR issue last year, but people seem to have moved on from that so far this year. Trending toward a solid fall rush.

This seems like more of a reflection on party attendees than the frat itself, I'm not doubting the rating but fire alarms seems like a weird point of contention (it happens like everywhere)

Alpha Epsilon Pi - ΑΕΠ Fraternity at Cornell University - CU 2.2 Terrible reputation which has only gotten worse (SA allegation) heavy party spot for freshmen which eventually move on to other frats. Good location and most of the guys are nice people.
